Triputra Agro Persada, a fast growing and one of the biggest Palm Oil, Rubber Plantations and CPO Mills companies based in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Triputra Agro Persada Group is a group plantations in Indonesia who has more than 200,000 hectares land bank in excess of 120,000 hectares of plantations and mills that located in Jambi, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and South Kalimantan with more than 20 estates that supported by more than 11,000 employees. Management Trainee (MTP)

For position:

• HR, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, IT, System Management, Operation
• Max. 27 years old as per January 2012
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, metallurgy, material, chemical),/Information Technology/Finance/Management/Accounting/Psychology/Marketing
• Has leadership experience in organization

Internal Audit Staff

• Max. 28 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Accounting/Finance/Management/Industrial Engineering/Information System

Training Officer

• Max. 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Industrial Engineering

Strategic Planning Staff

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Business, Engineering or any related discipline
• Good knowledge of Balance Score Card and Strategic Planning Analysis Tools (PEST, 5 forces, Market Analysis, etc)

General requirements:

• Min. GPA 3.0
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be based in all Indonesian regions
