  • Mendukung dan membina PMI dalam hal Menggalang Dana dan jejaring dari sektor Individu maupun Non Individu/korporat /unit usaha melalui program atau kegiatan kerja agar tercapainya target pengumpulan dana yang telah ditetapkan.

Education and Experience :
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering

• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts and manage the Department costs.
• Experience mastery in Mining Software: Surpac
• Oversee and control all the Mining activities from the preliminary activities until final activities for short and long term plan
• Lead a team of Mine Planners to ensure the effective planning, coordination and continous improvement.
• The candidate must have advance kno wledge of Environment, engineering, Production, Health and Safety Issues, to achieve the most efficient and productive mining production

MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

Education and Experience :
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• With 7 years experience in mining preferably with open pit gold experience in progressively more senior management roles
• POM qualification is an advantage

• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa.

Primary Objective:

Main Duties and Task
• Responsible for the safe and efficient management of all the mining operations at Lanut.
• Ensures all statutory requirements are fulfilled.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts and manage the Department costs.
• Develop and implement safety management systems in the Mining Department to ensure a safe working environment with the intention of having an injury free work are a.
• Ensure all staff work with full regard to safe work practices.
• Promote an environment within the department whereby all unsafe work practices and potential hazards are reported and the safety of co-workers at the mine site is proactively monitored.
• Reviews data, such as maps, survey reports, and geological records, and confers with engineering, maintenance, and supervisory personnel to plan and direct mine development
• Tours and inspects mine to detect and resolve production, equipment maintenance, safety, atmospheric, and personnel problems.
• Calculates mining or quarrying operational costs, estimates potential income, and instructs Pit Supervisor (mine quarry) to abandon or open mine sections, pits, or other working areas.
• Lead, manage and direct the Mining team.
• Any other duties as required by the Mining Manager commensurate with the employees skills, competence and training.
