Collector Unit (KLU)
Requirements:

• Male, SMA / SMK and maximum age 32 years
• Especially those who have experience of at least 1 (one) year as collectors in microfinance or microfinance institutions (BPR, Koperasi, Multi Finance)
• Mastering the technique of negotiation in the billing
• Mastering the language and local culture / setempatdan have good relationships with external parties
• Preferably have motor vehicles (SIM-C)

Cashier Unit (KSU)
Requirements:

• SMA / SMK or equivalent with experience of Administration / Finance min. 1 year and a maximum age. 22 years.
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Having a SIM-C.
• Understanding Accounting and Financial Administration.
• Having good communication skills.

Operational Unit (OPU)
Requirements:

• Education min. D3 Accounting / Finance with experience in the Financial Institutions Financial Officer / Credit min. 1 year and a maximum age of 26 years.
• Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Having a SIM-C
• Understanding Accounting and Financial Administration.
• Having good communication skills.

Marketing Unit (MKU)
Requirements:

• Male / Female, Maximum age 32 years
• Education minimal D3 from all majors
• Especially those who have experience of at least 1 (one) year as a sales / marketing at Bank / Microfinance or micro finance institutions (BPR, Koperasi and Multi Finance) and has a customer base
• Preferred native or understand and master the business potential in the targeted areas
• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and orientation of the target
• Able-bodied and have never been involved in drugs and / or other unlawful
• Having motor vehicles (SIM C)

Manager Unit (MU)
Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 32 years at time of application
• Education minimal D3 from all majors
• Target Oriented, and has a high ability to Leadership
• Having the understanding and control of the business potential in the targeted areas
• Especially those who have experience of at least 1 (one) year as a head unit or 2 (two) years as a Sales / Marketing at Bank / Microfinance Institutions (BPR, Koperasi) and has a customer base
• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline
• Able-bodied and have never been involved in drugs and / or other unlawful
• Having motor vehicles (SIM C)
