Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintain a high level customer satisfaction, in the delivery of support service to customer which exceeds customer expectations in professionalism, solution provision and turnaround.

Requirements:

• max. 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in IT network and Linux
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as engineer in IT company
