SML Group â€" SML is a global apparel branding and packaging group of companies serving an international clientele consisting of top fashion brands and some of the largest retailers in the world. Our wide range of high quality products include woven and printed fabric labels, RFID and EAS labels, heat transfers, printed paper products, variable data tags and labels, packaging, specialty trims, etc. We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following positions for our factory located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Accounting
Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy with min 2 years of manufacturing accounting experience
• 3-5 years experience in full sets of accounting
• Good organization and time management skills
• Meticulous, multi tasking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, ERP and other accounting software
• English ability is essential, Chinese would be an asset

Quality Control
Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience on QC Roles
• Sense of responsibility for quality of finished good
• Has good eyesight and accuracy
• Does not possess any eyesight problem (color blind, far-sighted)

HR
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Min 3 years of experience in managing all rounded human resource functions, payrolls, local statutory/employment act and taxation
• Good understanding and knowledge of statutory regulations and labour laws of both local and overseas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and substain good working relationships with management and staffs/workers
• Meticulous and service oriented
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• English ability is essential, Chinese would be an asset
