Operations (Admin Assistant)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with Purchase Orders processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
  • Ensure products are properly stored and labeled.
  • Assists Sales Representatives to order adequate product/supplies.
  • Handles documenting storage and delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintains the store room and stocks inside it.
  • Manage import process and go to custom if necessary

Requirements:

  • Understand methods of proper and orderly storage and issuance of products.
  • Good understanding in stock handling procedures, Purchase Orders, Stock Count etc.
  • Able to take judgment and make decision if deem necessary.
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel).
  • Minimum advance diploma in Economic or any other related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in storage/warehousing and shipping operations and related field.
  • Knowing import will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
