H.I which supported by Multi National Company invite some qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

Project Manager â€" Jakarta

Requirement

• This position and will require a strong and leadership with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Male, age max 35 years old.
• Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Project Development in team and the customer.
• Good Relationship with Main Contractor, Developer and able to set Project Planning ( RAB ), Progress Report and monitoring execution.
• Familiar and able to operate Ms. Office, AutoCad.
• Education min- S-1 with majoring of Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in managerial position. Preferred have experiences in Technical System, especially in Mechanical & Electrical System, PLC, DMX.
• Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection and Management System such as ISO, SOP, etc
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written.
• Must have hands on Attitude to the work environment.
• Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude

Marketing Project â€" Jakarta

Requirement

• Male or Female, age max 30 years old.
• Have experiences in Marketing with dealing the Project, Product Presentation, at least 3 years.
• Having good relationship with Developer, Main Contractor and having ability to handle Project’s development.
• Education â€" S-1 with majoring of Technic or Architect.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written. Mandarin will be advantage.
• Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.
• Allowances, Commission, Hospitalize and Other benefit will be given to chosen candidate.
