• Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun
• Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Psikologi
• Mempunyai motivasi tinggi, kepribadian yang baik dan tegas, mempunyai inisiatif, dan menyukai tantangan.
• Mempunyai pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun, lebih disukai mempunyai keterampilan berbahasa Inggris lisan dan tullisan.
