Sales Office Administrator (SOA)
Responsibilities:
- To support and maintain high quality service to agents
- Agent application to be handled properly
- Accurate report of incoming SPAJ
- Agent support
- AAJI application to be handled properly
- Request material to be handled appropriately
- After Policy In force Services (POS matters) to be handled properly, minimize complaint from agents
- Male/Female. Min. D3 in any major
- Min. 1 year experience in life insurance, agency office, or administration related
- Familiar with insurance industry will be advantage
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Detail oriented
- Having good Administration Skill and Communication skill

Responsibilities:
- "Support Underwriter in responding inquiries from Help Point/Distribution channel and to fasten policy issuing process by performing Tele Underwriting for Minor pending cases"
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge about Life Insurance Underwriting process
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Life Insurance
- Experience as Help Desk will be an advantage
- Good knowledge about Insurance Industry
- Strong Analytical Skill
- Good Interpersonal Skill
Responsibilities:
- Working with Distribution channels, POS and Finance to maintain persistence
- Conserve customer with lapse policy
- Give relevant solution to customers
- Delivering good service to Customer
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Customer Care in Insurance in Financial Service Industry.
- Good Knowledge about Life Insurance and Investment
- Good Negotiation and Communication Skill

- English is mandatory language
Responsibilities:
- "Perform, Manage and supervise Accounting and Reporting Function, and Prepare and Analyze reports to close operational and ledger maintenance"
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): SAP R3 FICO, IFRS, Unit Link Accounting.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Company/ies.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience as Auditor from the "Big 4" firm will be an advantage
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office
- Advance skill in Accounting and Financial Report
