Quantity Surveyor for R & D

Responsibilities: 

Accountabilites:

• This position is reporting to Technical Manager. Job descriptions are : to evaluate / review design & give inputs to get effective construction cost, to do value engineering, to find, collect and propose alternative materials & specification, to review / update price of materials and prepare analyse of unit price and also to prepare bill of quantities and cost estimate.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma / university degree in Civil Engineering / Architect
• Minimum 5 years of work experience (QS & Value Engineering)
• Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to operate A-CAD will be an advantage
• Will be placed in Head Office, Jakarta Pusat
