Assistant Vice President Internal Audit (Code: IA)
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare audit programs
  • Conduct the compliance and substantive test
  • Prepare draft audit report
  • Perform follow up audit
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or Financial Management
  • Master Degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in Audit
  • Having CIA or CISA certification is an advantage
  • Computer & IT Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
Human Resource Manager (Code: HRM)
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Head of HR in making MPP
  • Handle payroll using HR application
  • Handle all HR Activities (recruitment, training, employee relation etc)
  • Supervise General Affair activities
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology
  • Having experience in executing payroll at least 2 years
  • Having experience in HR related activities at least 5 years (MPP, recruitment, training, employee relation etc)
  • Computer & IT Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
Senior Vice President Project and Guarantee Consultation (PGC)
Responsibilities:
Role
  • Provide consultation to our client (mostly Pemda, PLN, or ministries) in preparing GAP (Guarantee Application Package)
  • Assist the project stakeholders in meeting project schedules
  • Ensure Project Transaction Documents (including Request for Proposal, Agreements) reflect appropriate risk and mitigation of the project
  • Provide consultation of Signing of Project Documents, Closing of Project/Financing Documents, and Cooperation Agreement
Requirements:
  • MBA or MM from Overseas University is an advantage.
  • At least 12 years experience in Financial Industry, Investment Banking, Project Finance or Financial Advisory
  • Having exposure in Project or Infrastructure at least 3 â€" 5 years
  • Good communication skill with government officers, international consultants and private sectors
General Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
  • Computer & IT Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
Vice President Project Legal Advisory (PRL)
Responsibilities:
Role
  • Provide Legal Advice/Opinion on agreement with Contracting Agency (CA) and private sectors
  • Provide draft of Legal document and legal due-diligence on projects to underwriting team
  • Make and ensure reliable legal drafting and Legal Framework on agreement with CA and regulatory
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Master Degree in Law is preferable
  • At least 5 years experience in handling transactions involving multi stakeholders and experience in reputable law firms is preferable
General Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
  • Computer & IT Literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
