Position Summary
Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service of food and beverage at outlet
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in the related field
- Graduate from Tourism High School / Tourism Academy is preferred
- Good Looking
- Able to communicate well in English
- Wine knowledge is essential / advantage
- Friendly attitude is required
- Willing to work in long working hours and under pressure
HOSTESS
Position Summary
Practices strong telephone and guest service etiquette. Accurately records reservations. Warmly greet and seats guests in the highest professional manner.
Requirements
- Female, age from 21 above
- At least 1 year experience as a F&B Supervisor / Captain
- Graduate from Tourism High School / Tourism Academy is preferred
- Good Personality
- Able to communicate well in English
- Have a basic knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Friendly attitude is required
- Willing to work in long working hours and under pressure
CAPTAIN
Position Summary
Responsible for providing courteous and efficient service of food and beverage to guests and supervising waiters and waitress in his/her section
Requirements
- Male/Female, age from 21 above
- Has experiences in the same position minimum 1 year
- Graduate from Tourism High School / Tourism Academy is preferred
- Good Personality
- Able to communicate well in English
- Have a basic knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Friendly attitude is required
- Willing to work in long working hours and under pressure
