1. Coal Trading

a. Total job experience more than 15 years(for SMC), 7 years(for MMC), with experience in Coal trading worldwide in a medium or large sized coal marketing / selling firm of international repute. Experience of both coal buying and selling preferred.
b. Well established network in the coal trading sector - relationship with major as well as medium and smaller coal mining companies and end users in Indonesia and other countries.
c. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Chinese, Indian as well as other established and emerging markets for coal (absolutely essential).
d. Experience with coal shipment target out of the country to buyers for international Market trading as well as having a worldwide network for it.

2. Project /Business Development â€" Middle Management

a. Total 7 â€" 15years experience in Business development ( Mining Infrastructure Projects)
b. Preparation of Information Memorandum.
c. Financial modeling cash flow statements.
d. Coordination with local international lenders, lender’s engineers counsel.
e. Completion of condition precedent drawdown of project funds
f. Equity funding for the proje ct
g. Follow-up procure all business licenses, permit approvals
h. Statutory compliances of all business licenses, permits approvals
i. Strategic planning to ensure operation growth of business as planned.

3. Project/ Business Development â€" Junior Management

a. 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Planning Project Management
b. Techno-commercial Due Diligence of the Proposal
c. Feasibility study of the proposal and preparation of final recommendation to management.
d. Mapping client’s requirements, arranging customer meeting and providing customized solutions; implementing business development plans for achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
e. Strategy development for logistics solution and route survey.

4. Export /Import Specialist

a. Total 10-14 year experience, out of which minimum 5 year experience in Export Imports.
b. Experience in preparation/ classification/ approval/ handling of M ASTER LIST is essential.
c. Experience in classification of goods to be imported as per HS Codes.
d. Knowledge of import taxes and duties and exemptions available is essential.
e. Experience in filing application of Master List to BKPM and other Govt. Authority for approval.

5. Procurement Supply Chain â€" Junior Management

a. Total 4 - 6 year experience, out of which minimum 2 year experience in procurement contracts.
b. Must have been involved in handling of EPC/ Design Build and similar contracts.
c. Should have knowledge of tendering process of high value contracts.
d. Should have knowledge of international contracts, FIDIC contracts, Incoterms etc.
e. Should be familiar with taxation structure in Indonesia for domestic international procurement contracts.
f. Should have experience in procurement activities including import of equipment materials.

6. Procurement Supply Chain â€" Middle Management

a. T otal 7-14 year experience, out of which minimum 5 year experience in procurement contracts.
b. Experience in high value EPC/ Design Build and similar contracts.
c. Experience in tendering process of high value contracts
d. Experience in international contracts
e. Knowledge of International contracting terms like FIDIC contracts, Incoterms etc.
f. Experience in drafting various types of contracts including EPC Contracts, Service Contracts, and Agreements etc.

7. Railways ( Pre-Feasibility Detailed Project Report)

a. Total 8-12 years of experience Needs to have experience of having carried out various Railway Project planning related activities viz. preparation of Feasibility Studies / DPRs / Survey Reports / Cost Estimates / Maintenance facility planning etc.
b. Should be having exposure to oversee various types of field surveys including preparation of rate analysis, train operations planning etc.
c. Should also be capable of carrying out the layout planning of the alignment, station yards, and terminal / maintenance facilities.
d. Should be able to deal with various contract related processing viz. prepare the contract documentation including technical specifications, BOQs, technical evaluation of various offers and prepare comparative analysis etc.

8. Railways ( Field investigations Project Planning )

a. Needs to have an understanding of various types of field investigation works surveys both from the Railway perspective and also from Project Design Planning perspective and thereby associate with all these activities in the field and effectively manage them.
b. Should also have exposure to Railway system operations maintenance requirements and issues involved therein.
c. Experience of working on a multi-disciplinary infrastructure project implementation of transport sector and basic understanding of Structural Design requirements will be preferable.
d. Exposu re to land acquisition process issues for a railway project and good interpersonal skills for managing cordial relations with local population will be added advantage.

9. Port Development

a. Total 15 years and above experience in development of Port Jetty.
b. Completion of detail project report and bankable feasibility study for port infrastructure.
c. Engineering specification for the port project.
d. Overall responsible for development and commissioning of the port Infrastructure.
e. Identification and negotiation with EPC contractors.
f. Obtaining permits and approvals (including land acquisition)
g. Optimization of port infrastructure.
h. To ensure timely completion of project milestones.

10. Barging Logistics Management

a. Should have 10-15 years of experience in barging logistics management in Indonesia
b. Responsible for uninterrupted transportation of coal by barges.
c. Monitor loading / unloadi ng of coal into / from barges at the jetty / ports
d. Workout schedule of barge movements with the contractors to ensure timely evacuation of coal from stockpile/jetty
e. Responsible for obtaining necessary clearances / approvals / permits from Customs other authorities for transport of coal thro barges and export the coal
f. Monitor offshore / onshore facilities and co-ordinate activities at the jetty / barges
g. Assist in the technical matters in the contracts with barge contractors.
h. Understanding of navigational challenges for barge transportation using River for transporting coal
i. Experience in undertaking technical studies related to river, sea, jetty ports including bathymetric navigability studies, dredging assessment etc.
j. Knowledge of Indonesian Barge market â€" major Barge operators, Barge manufacturers.
