Politeknik Manufaktur Astra (Polman Astra), established in 1995, a member of Astra International, offers D3 programs in the field of technology, particularly in automotive and natural resources. In cooperation with Astra affiliated companies, Polman Astra is to provide technically competent human capital not only for the Group but also for the nation. At present, Polman Astra is urgently looking for an, excellent & dedicated employee to join our team as:

A. Automotive Lecturer
Requirements:
-    S2 Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA 2.90
-    Having experience as a lecturer or as a lecturer’s assistant would be an advantage
-    Having integrity, able to work in team, good communication skill, analytical thinking, and willing to learn more

B. Junior System Engineer - Instructor
Requirements:
-   D3 Informatics Management with min. GPA 2.80
-   Having integrity, able to work in team, good communication and presentation skill, willing to do more
-   Having management skill
-   Mastering Informatics Technology (software & hardware)

C.  Surface & Cylinder Grinding Instructor
-    D3 Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA 2.80
-    Having integrity, able to work in team, good communication and presentation skill, willing to do more
-    Mastering grinding process, basic machining process, & technical drawing skill

D.  Chasis Instructor
-    D3 Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with min. GPA 2.80
-    Having 1 year experience in automotive workshop/industry would be an advantage
-    Having integrity, able to work in team, good communication and presentation skill, willing to do more
-    Mastering general automotive (repair and maintenance)
