Training & amp; Development Staff
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese - fluent both oral & written.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, good discipline and communication.
• Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
• Able to perform well in team and work under pressure situation.
• Fluent in English communication skill, both oral and written.
• Have a strong leadership skill.
• Willing to work in Purwakarta, west java.

Production Planning Control Staff (PPC)
Requirements:

• Male/Female, max age. 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Production Planning Control Division) will be an advantage.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or equivalent.
• Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
• Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
• Having good skill of MS office application.
• Have a strong leadership skill.
• Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.

Engineering Staff
Requirements:

• Male, age max. 33 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese - fluent both oral and written.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Job role in Mechanical Engineer or Automotive Engineer.
• Have a good logical thinking, interpersonal and communication skill, good discipline.
• Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
• Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
• Good in arithmetic and statistical skill.
• Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.

Quality Control Staff
Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese - fluent both oral and written.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Quality Control/Quality Assurance Division) will be an advantage.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, good discipline and communication.
• Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
• Able to perform well in team and work under pressure situation.
• Own a car driving license (SIM A).
• Good in arithmetic and statistical skill.
• Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.

Painting Foreman
Requirements:

• Male, max age 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Japanese - fluent both oral and written.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Painting Division) will be an advantage.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Process Engineer or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in application of painting standard.
• Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, discipline and communication.
• Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker.
• Must be able to works in team as well as in high pressure.
• Having good skill of MS office application.
• Have a strong leadership skill.
• Own a car driving license (SIM A).
• Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java.
