PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (PT KTBM) was originally named PT New Marwa 1970 Motors and was founded in July 1, 1970 by businessman Sjarnubi Said. For some reasons, the name was changed into PT KTBM in August 1970. This company was set up with a basic capital of Rp 748 million. Since its establishment, PT KTBM has been the make-holder sole agent for Japan's Mitsubishi in Indonesia.

General Affairs (GA)
Responsibilities:

• Handling daily operations of building maintenance at KTB Spare Parts Center; Monitoring and implementing preventive maintenance of building equipments; Evaluating design drawing, material specification, etc.of contractor selection.

Requirements:

• S1 Civil Engineering
• Age 25-28
• GPA minimum 2.75
• Good command in English
• Computer literate
• Good in communication skill

Field Service (FS)
Responsibilities:

• Collecting for technical information; Assisting for dealer technical handling; and following up about technical issue; Scramble team support.

Requirements:

• D3/S1 Engineering
• Age 21-25 years old
• GPA minimum 2.75
• Fresh graduated
• Good command in English
• Computer literate
• Good in communication skill
• Having knowledge in automotive engineering and parts.

Customer Satisfaction - Call Center
Responsibilities:

• Operator customer call for survey of customer satisfaction .

Requirements:

• D3 Any Major, GPA ? 2,75
• 22-30 years old
• Communicative
• Computer literate
• Good command in English
• Have good voice
• Experience in call center in 1 year for minimum (preferable)
• Good in Interpersonal Skills & Team Work
• Temporary based

Service Roadman (SRD)
Responsibilities:

• Guiding and assisting for Dealer’s service
• Monitoring & following up company’s program
• Evaluating & developing Dealer service level
• Collecting information and studying market and competitors activities.

Requirements:

• S1 Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and also Industrial Management
• 21-25 years old
• GPA min 2.75
• Fresh graduated
• Good command in English
• Computer literate
• Good in communication skill
• Having knowledge in automotive engineering and parts

Service Training (SVC)
Responsibilities:

• Assisting instructor start from course preparation until training execution
• Improving training contents/training material.

Requirements:

• D3 Mechanical Engineering
• 22-24 years old
• GPA min 2.75
• Good command in English
• Computer literate
• High motivated person
• Good in communication skill
• Having ability and passion to teach.

Production & Engineering (PED)
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate plant & assembly and handling local parts development process
• Handling purchase planning & buyer and manage supplier support.

Requirements:

• D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Age 22-25
• GPA min 2.75
• Fresh graduated
• Good command in English
• Independent person
• Good in negotiation skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Communicative and sociable
• Having knowledge in technical drawing (AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works)
• Computer literate
• Able to drive car (SIM A).
