PT ICI Paints Indonesia (member of Akzonobel group), is part of the largest global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals. We are well known with our products such as Dulux and Catylac. In regards to support the continuous growth of our business activities. We are searching enthusiastic candidate to join our team for the position of :

Territory Officer
Responsibilities:

• To interface with distributor salesman in implementing day to day sales activities in his/her territory
• To collect outlet information and to execute key account program
• To collect data for territory understanding and key account management
• To utilize the assets assigned to him/her in his territory

Requirements:

• Min D3
• Having good knowledge in Sales (Preferably in retail trade)
• Min 2 years experience in Painting/Building Material/ FMCG Industry
• Highly motivated, team player & have a strong interpersonal skills

Brand Manager (BM)
Responsibilities:

• Involve in market research in order to generate consumer insights to build brand equity & innovation. Generate creative innovations ideas and design winning innovation concepts (from packaging to product launch)
• Involve in develop the product Portfolio Strategies by analyzing market trends, growth drivers and competitors actions
• Develop and implement creative the Brand Communication Plans to maximize brand visibility at all effective channel

Requirements:

• Candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Manager/related area with Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
• Has good presentation skills in English
• Willing to be placement in Bintaro

Trade Marketing Manager (TM)
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Develop Trade Marketing and Activation
• Launch Trade Marketing and Activation Program .
• Monitor and Review Trade Marketing and Activation Programs.
• Working together with Marketing Department to review the trade marketing programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing/related area with Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
• Good communication skills & fluent in English
• Familiar with Consumer Product
• Willing to be placement in Bintaro
