Human Resources Staff
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Cilandak

Responsibilities: 

• maintain daily general A to Z  HR Activity
• sourcing candidates form various recruitment pools (online recruitment, jobfair, headhunting, etc)
• calling and interviewing the selected candidates
• coordinate and maintain relationship with the psychological testing, medical check up, and training vendors
• Administrating the training schedule of the employee
• making monthly report of HR activity

Requirements:

• Male/ Female with minimum age is 21
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
• Pretty good in  English both written and oral
• Having good multi-tasking & detail oriented
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak - Jakarta Selatan.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
