Responsibilities:

• To support Business Development organization to run/ implement strategic initiative project which require an intense communication and coordination across divisions
• To conduct economic, market/ industry and competition research and analysis on various industry sectors
• To support Business Units in order to develop and improve their businesses in forms of market and competition intelligence, white spot analysis, distribution channel strategy, etc
• To maintain database for service business
• To support and provide data for Country Service Business Reports

Requirements:

• Bsc. of Industrial Engineering or Master in Finance or Business Management.
• Sound commercial knowledge and experience.
• Strong communicator, skilled cross-functional team player
• Negotiation skills.
• Finance skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Marketing analysis.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong risk management skills at country level, keen eye for spotting improvement potentials in operations and motivator to make people work together.
• Female
• Experience in the same role at least 2 years.
