Marketing Trainee (MT)
Responsibilities:

• As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team.
• In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies and distribution channels.
• At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree from all major
• Min. GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities
• Fast learner, self â€" driven and out-going
• Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
• Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
• Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia

Technician (CODE: Tech)
Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible of our production machinery & equipment. The responsibility will include: preventive maintenance, repair and alteration to ensure productions runs smoothly and achieve maximum capacity and efficiency. This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java Office.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Willing to work with shift condition

Network Engineer (CODE: NET ENG)
Responsibilities:

• As part of our Infrastructure team, you are responsible to design, develop and operate our Fiber Optic Network. This position is based in our Jakarta office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT/IS
• Min. GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities
• 2 years exp as Network Engineer on Fiber Optic Network

Marketing Research Staff (CODE: MR)
Responsibilities:

• Our Marketing Researchers are to develop research method such as create questionnaires, interview target market and analyze data. They also need to have strong quantitative and analytical skills. Our Marketing Staff are to monitor, analyze and build our distribution channel. This position is based in our Jakarta and Surabaya office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from all major, but preferable from Mathematics/Statistic/Psychology from reputable universities
• Min. GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities
• Willing to extensively travel throughout our sites nationwide
• Preferences will be given for those who have strong basic knowledge in statistics.

Production Staff (CODE: PS)
Responsibilities:

• As part of our production team, you are responsible to perform predictive and corrective maintenance to our production machineries as to ensure highest output with most consistent quality and value. This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Min. GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities
