Quantity Surveyor (Estimator)
Jakarta Raya â€" Mangga Dua
Responsibilities:
- Estimating volume and price of building materials
- Price negotiating with supplier or stakeholder
- Making project tender with big vendor
- Monitoring and controlling project’s cost
- Reporting project’s budget cash flow to QS General Manager and Administration
Requirements:
- Candidates must posses Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering study program from reputable University
- Having experience at least 3 years as Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) in Developer Company or Consultant, especially in high rise building project
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp, 3dsMax, 3D Illustrator
- Preffered candidate who posses administration and filing data skill
- Age between 25 to 35 years old
