Drilling and Fluid Services Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create business plan to optimize project opportunities in drilling and fluid (mud) services also related that will be maintained and developed with feasibility study and investment.
• Coordinate with corporate function to support resources including human resources, finance, supply chain, etc.
• Coordinate with Asset Management and Engineering, Research and Development in designing, making and using all project equipment and its maintenance.
• Coordinate with marketing to develop and explore opportunities in purpose to find other projects
• Controlling and evaluating on-going projects in purpose to improve quality of employees and existing equipment so as to avoid any down time.
• Responsible for operational project budget
• Develop and maintain to build good relationship with customers.
• Optimizing revenue gained from the implementation of the project
• Responsible for implementation of HSE management in improving the function and performance

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience  in oil & gas industry field is required for this position.
• Have an experience minimum 10 years especially in drilling & fluid (mud) service
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Fluent in English
• Good in leadership and communication & presentation skills
• Placement in Jakarta
