Public Relation Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To supervise corporate communications department and maintain relationship with public and media under c ommunications guidelines with the objective to implement best practice of corporate communications.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Others or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): English writing, media relations, branding & marketing communications, public speaking, event organizing & management, Project management.
- Excellent knowledge in life & general insurance industry, products & services
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Managing Equity in Allianz Funds under Regional advisory based on investment mandates
- Reporting and updating equity related funds an objective of giving the optimal return based on the investment mandates, local regulation and regional guidelines
- Assisting in launching investment product related to structured products/funds.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Requirements:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from banking and/or insurance industry
- Excellent knowledge about capital market industries
- Fluently in English (Written & Verbal)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Performs, under minimal supervision, the full range of office management and administrative support functions; and provides direct assistance to the supervisor,
- Generates a variety of standard statistical and other reports using various databases,
- Researches, compiles and summarizes background materials for use in preparation of reports, briefs, and presentations,
- Attends meetings, prepares minutes, monitors follow-up activities,
- Monitors processes and schedules related to the unitâs outputs, products, tasks, etc.; and ensure compliance with relevant legal, financial and other requirements,
- Ensures smooth and efficient information flow within Allianz, prepares and processes confidential information; assists in the development of office administrative systems and procedures,
- Provides assistance in the coordination of meetings, training, events etc
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university,
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in the field of office support and administration, preferably in a insurance or Financial Service company,
- Very good English skills (reading, writing, speaking),
- Very good MS Office skills, basic statistical skills,
- Tact, diplomacy, discretion, ability to communicate efficiently with senior manager
