Lowongan Kerja PT. Midi Utama Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail and incorporated in 2007. PT. Midi Utama Indonesia currently has three name outlets, namely "Alfamidi" with the first outlet in Garuda Kemayoran, "Alfa Express" with the first outlet in Mangga Besar, and "Lawson"

Alfamidi is a middle market providing daily needs - today and frozen food such as fresh meat, vegetables and fresh fruit; Alfa Express with the concept of "Convienence Store" to create customer service is fast and convenient with the opening of outlets 24 hours, providing the goods are ready food (eg, grilled sausages, hot dogs, coffee, cup noodle, beef burgers, popcorn, juice) is presented and can be enjoyed on the spot. As for the location of stores in areas such as hospitals, office building, apartment, tourist spots, and the main road; While Lawson is a convenience store selling typical Japanese food.

Recruitment Officer

Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya), Tangerang (Banten)

Responsibilities:

• Melaksanakan dan memastikan proses seleksi calon karyawan berjalan sesuai jadwal, sesuai kebutuhan user, dan sesuai peraturan yang ditetapkan dalam Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), serta berkoordinasi dengan internal Recruitment dalam implementasi di lapangan.
• Membuat media publikasi informasi lowongan kerja, baik melalui media cetak maupun media elektronik sesuai requirements jabatan.

Requirements:

• Pria/Wanita
• Usia maks. 27 tahun
• Pendidikan terakhir S1 Psikologi
• Mampu mengoperasikan komputer program office
• Mampu membuat psychogram
• Mampu melakukan deepth interview
• Kemampuan berkomunikasi efektif
• Kemampuan analisa dan pemecahan masalah baik
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai alat tes psikologi
• Memiliki SIm A/C (lebih diutamakan)
