PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia was established based upon the Capital Market Law No. 8/1995 to provide orderly, fair, and efficient clearing services and transaction settlement guarantee. KPEI was established as a Limited Liability Company by the Deed of Establishment No. 8 on August 5th, 1995 in Jakarta and is currently owned by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, (100% ownership) from the total shares valued at Rp15 billion. KPEI was granted the status of the Legal Entity on September 24th, 1996 legalization of the Ministerial of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia. Two years afterwards, dated on June 1st, 1998, the corporations was granted the commerc ial permit to operate as a Clearing and Guarantee Institution based on the Bapepam Decision Letter No. Kep-26/PM/1998.

PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) is a Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) which also has a role in shaping the direction of Indonesian capital market development. As a Central Counterparty (CCP), KPEI provides clearing and guarantee services of stock exchange transactions settlement. KPEI functions to improve efficiency and certainty of transactions settlement in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Secretary to P resident Director (Code: SPE)
General Qualification:

• Minimal Diploma 3 from secretarial academy or reputable universities
• Minimal GPA: 2.75 (scale : 4.00)
• Age max 30 years old
• Having min 3 years working experience as secretary

Personal skills:

• Fluently in English is a must
• Ability to use Ms.Office, correspondence and filling system
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing
• Fast Learner and willing to work overtime
• Familiar in Capital Market activities is an advantage

Internal Auditor (Code: SPI)
Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university, majoring in accounting or Information Technology
• Minimum GPA: 3 (scale : 4.00);
• Age max. 30 years old;
• Minimum 1 year experience as external auditor in reputable KAP;
• Having certificate, experience, and familiar in Capital Market activities are advantages
• Good written and spoken in English;

Personal skills:

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good team work and continuous learning improvement

Quality Assurance (Code: PMU)
General Qualification:

• Bachelors degree from reputable universities, in the following major: Information Technology or Computer Science
• Min. GPA: 2.75 (scale : 4.00)
• Age max. 28 years old
• Experience with financial industry (capital market) is an advantage;
• Fresh graduate is welcome

Personal skills:

• Achievement of excellence;
• Highly motivated and initiative;
• Willing to work hard and under pressure;
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, either independently or as a part of team;
• Ability to handle and manage multiple projects and assignment
• Analytical & problem solver

Technical Skills:

• Have strong knowledge in software development life cycle, especially software quality assurance;
• Have experience in planning, executing, and controlling the process of software quality assurance;
• Have strong analytical skill in mapping the defined requirement evolution with testing scenario;
