IT Network Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Suppo rt in initial setup of Router, PC and Laptop for use
- Assist in troubleshooting userĂ¢s workstation
- Support in delivering local and regional IT Infrastructure projects
- 1st layer of desktop support
- IT documentation and procurement
- Server hardware management and administrator
- WAN/LAN Routing & Switching implementation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:
- In charge for electronic products of Audio Video and IT (PC) Provide technical trainings to technicians
- Provide consultation for technical problem-solving
- Provide quality control of technical reports to the Headquarter
- Enhance training methods and management
- Propose and implement new repair service strategy
- Education background in Electronic
- Good knowledge in electronic component circuit and devices
- Good communication skill, strong in analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal skill, good attitude and good teamwork
- Good English both written and spoken
- Good computer literate (Ms Office, hardware and sofware)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
