Sourcing Manager
Requirements:
Key competencies
- Sourcing and purchasing processes and tools
- Supply market understanding including specific knowledge of the ICT industry such as IT hardware, software, 3rd party products and services, corporate services and its cost drivers and cost models.
- Process management
- People management, value based leadership
- Change management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration (Sourcing specialization would be a plus)
- Minimum 5 year experience in sourcing of ICT products and services.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as routers, switches, WAN accelerators and load balancers
- In-depth knowledge and 1 years hands-on experience in designing and implementation of LAN
- Preferably has CCDA certification
- Experience and demonstrated ability to work independently in designing, setting up and troubleshooting of adhoc networks
- Experience in managing of vendors/ helpdesk in implementation of projects or maintenance of systems
- Experience in managing in a network environment over multiple sites
- Knowledge and experience maintaining WAN involving an optical network
- Knowledge and experience in managing Network Management tools such as Netscout and Solarwind
- Knowledge in the area of IT Security and experience in handling Security Appliances such as Firewalls, Proxy and Intrusion Prevention
- Experience in managing networks in a large enterprise environment
- Thinking out of the box
