PT Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply. PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang, it’s designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with “Combined Cycle” operating system and connected to the PLN-PJB interconnection system. PT Cikarang Listrindo are supplying industrial zon es in Cikarang area, there are Jababeka I, Jababeka II, EJIP Cikarang, Lippo Cikarang, Hyundai, and MM 2100 Cibitung, with more than 1700 customers.

Plant People Development (code : PPD-JS)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for functional competency, functional training need analysis, technical training matrix and arrangement of training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical)
• Having 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having a very good passion in people Development
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Operation People Development (code : OPD-JS)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for functional competencies, training need analysis, functional training matrix and facilitating competencies module team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Having a very good passion in people development
• Having a good knowledge in learning and development
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Design Civil Engineer (Code : DES-JS)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing civil design in Power Plant Cibitung Project for able to design in reinforced concrete and structural steelwork, experience with AutoCAD would be useful, able to design in reinforced concrete and structural steelwork, experience with AutoCAD would be useful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Civil especially in stee structural design
• For contract employee status

Electrical Training Specialist (Code: ETS-JS)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical competency, technical training matrix, training curriculum, and learning system for technical.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical esp. Power System)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having knowledge about Power System or Control System in Power Plant industries
• Having a very good passion in people development
• Willingness to be located in Cikarang
• Full-Time position(s) available.
