Training and Development Officer (Technical)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct for training process
- Evaluation for training program
- Initiates and compile training program
- Create and developing modules
- Male With Max 35 age years old
- Bachelor degree from Education Mechanical engineering & Electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience handling training and employee development program,
- Min 1 years working experience in teaching or training areas (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
- Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
- Good interest analysis
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities:
- Handling payroll process for INTA Group employees
- Handling monthly employees income tax calculation (PPh21)
- Coordinate with Tax department for report related to payroll calculation
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Max age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent (Tax).
- Required skill(s): payroll administration, tax computations, PPh 21.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara (Cakung Cilincing).
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Full scale of secretary function and administration filling

- Deliver training about soft skill (Service Excellence, Leadership, Officer Development, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Peoples, etc) and another training material
- Able to develop training module, training need analysis, and conduct training

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Has min 3 years experience in training area is a must
- Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Excellent command of English and computer skills is a must
