A&H Claims Examiner
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of A&H & Travel claims experience;
- Excellent knowledge of systems and PC applications (Windows, Outlook, MS Word, Excel and database administration);
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with other team members and clients;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Strong analytical, planning and organization skills;
- Proven ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, regularly meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment and effectively handle multiple priorities;
- Demonstrates initiative, dependability and accountability for high quality result;
- Quick to learn and adapt.
- Able to work in a team
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree from reputable universities, majoring in law.
- Have minimum 8 years experience in Legal at law firm, insurance or banking, preferably from insurance industry.
- Could work as a team or individual.
- Have good communication in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Deep understanding of all Indonesian Law aspect and good knowledge of legal-related matters in multinational company and familiar in liaising with government institutions.
- Attention to detail, self starter and strong analytical mind.
Responsibilities:
- The main task of Country Talent Acquisition of AIG Insurance Indonesia is to find, assess, engage, hire, and on-board the highest quality candidates. Assess candidate skills, background and fit so as to predict performance levels and styles with a high degree of accuracy. Stay abreast of marketplace trends and competitor practices in order to educate hiring management and build or maintain a competitive advantage for Organization.
