Insurance Staff
Responsibilities:
- To prepare, verify and control implementation of data and supporting documents for new registration, renewal, change and claim process of the insurance policies (Vehicle, Marine Cargo, Health, Hole in One, Cash Money, Property, Fire, Force Major, Personal Accident,etc).
- To provide close monitoring of financial transaction related to insurance, to minimize risks and losses.
- To check, prepare and follow up the payment process for medical and other insurance benefit.
- To check, verify and follow up for medical reimbursement claim for hospitalization.
- To maintain list of parts claim and work together with the Logistics department to keep the related parts well separated.
- To assist in daily administration process in the department.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related area.
- Familiar with Insurance regulation.
- Computer literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- English literate, both oral and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Organize and orderly.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure and prepare layout and station list for Passenger Car assembly production process.
- To prepare the working instruction for PC assembly production process.
- To prepare materials allocation and proper equipment/tools for the assembly line.
- To propose and ensure of man power availability and standard hours for PC assembly production process.
- To manage and maintain the validity of assembly production process documents.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year in related position.
- Knowledge of production process planning.
- Familiar with Microsoft Access, AutoCAD, Visio and ProModel.
- Familiar with CGIS, Dialog and WIS (Advantage).
- Computer literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- English literate both written and oral.
- Good German language ability will be an advantage.
- Good initiative and pro-active.
- Ability to work in teams
Responsibilities:
- To issue and maintain truck and commercial vehicle (CBU) order in ordering system.
- To maintain truck and commercial vehicle (CBU) invoicing, logistic and import process.
- To maintain truck and commercial vehicle (CBU) inventory rotation.
- To maintain the material master and sales margin condition in SAP for commercial vehicle (CBU).
- To issue and maintain the registration invoice and supporting documents of truck and commercial vehicle (CBU).
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance or Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales ordering area for automotive industry.
- Familiar with online ordering system.
- Familiar with Commercial Vehicle products.
- Knowledge of network sales process.
- Familiar with SAP for Sales and Marketing Module.
- English literate, both written and oral.
- Computer literate; MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
